NAME OF THE DEPARTMENT:   MATHEMATICS         
  • The Department of Mathematics was established in the year 1993 with the combination Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry. In 1994 Mathematics, Physics, Computers combination was introduced. Statistics was added in the year 2000-2001 with combination Mathematics, Statistics, Computers.
OBJECTIVES :
  • Departmental  Programmes are focused on the spectrum where brilliants are given scope and the average students are encouraged.
  • Reaching out to the needy and the less privileged has always been the aspiration of the department.
  • Motivation is the key for the department.
  • Per sis tent efforts are being made for the placement of the students.
  • Department is a versatile department, it not only trains the students with mathematics as an optional subject but also renders its services to other departments.

1.The Last date for the payment of Examination fee for I/II Year M.Sc ( Microbilogy / Biochemisty / Physics/ Mathematics & Chemisrty ) I/III Semester (Main) students to be held in the month of December,2016 is      15-11-2016 

2. The Examination fee will not be accepted from the students who have College fee due in I/II Year M.Sc.  Courses.

3. The other University candidates should enclose their Original Migration Certificate together with a fee    of   Rs.250.00  in addition to the examination fee.
